I notice several of us are setting goals that include breaking through a XX0 weight and then staying below that number - I'm in that group! This week I also want to weight train at least 3 days, and start a streak of exercising daily at least 30 minutes (even if that means stretching). So excited how far I've come in the month since joining SP!!! It's been years since I've made this kind of progress, and I am truly grateful for all the support on this site.

1.Complete week 3 of couch25k 2.Complete 2 core training workouts 3. Drink 8 glasses of water/day 4. Keep between 1250 and 1550 cal/day 5. Since I just hit below 160 for the first time in a long time...Make sure I stay below the 160 mark.
