Well, maybe low fat would be easier then. I notice it's fairly easy to find low fat foods when I'm out. But just TRY and find something low carb!!! Yikes!

Could also try some carb cycling perhaps. On your rest days do a lo-carb day, and maybe one more day where the intensity of your workout isn't as much. I noticed that strength training days were OK with lo-carbs. But HiiT days; DEFINITELY need carbs! lol

I will try this starting Monday. I'll bring back my carbs and take out my fats...that's going to be hurtful too. Ha! I think I can deal better with low-fat. I'll see how it goes. Thanks for the tip!

It seems to be when I started doing lo-carb, that's when my weight loss stopped also. Now I'm WAY back up there again. I'm doing moderate carbs and lower fats and the scale seems to be moving again.

I had read in my Fitness RX magazine, that although lo-carb diets work very well, that after a while they actually slow your metabolism down. Also, if you are doing intense exercise (like you do and I was), that a low fat diet can work better, whereas a lo-carb diet will work better for someone who is less active)

Just passing that on, although I personally have not "cracked" the fat loss code yet. lol

I can't lose weight. I don't know what's going on. I haven't been eating that bad...actually I haven't been eating bad just eating too much good food, but that's because I'm hungry and I'm on a low-carb diet. This is frustrating! Fat loss is going strong though so I'm happy about that. Anyway...

Make sure the company is legit. Lots of scammers out here in the USA in my neck of the woods. Make sure they do a good job. Stick your camera input and outputs and take pictures before they leave. Just a tip.

I keep finding black dust on the bathroom fixtures (every day). I'm sure that's what my "nose" problem is right now. So, I called the duct cleaners. Waiting to here how soon they can get here!!!

my husband used to clean ducts (it's good business) and he used to take pics and text me them to look at the nastiness. Ha! Dead mouse once...hahhahaha! Gross!

Lamoura is taking time off the computer, but still doing her workouts. Just a break from the computer.

Gosh. I've had a bad allergen attack (dust in the new house and heating ducts, I'm guessing), that seems to have turned into a sinus infection. I am feeling a lot better today though, so I hopefully will get back onboard with this for tomorrow.

This team has been really quiet lately. I haven't heard from anyone.
Anyhow, I've gained a TON of weight since getting off of the thyroid meds and now that I'm rested up I am getting back into it.

I'm starting slowly with lots of walks to start.

Post your workouts here. What's your goal? Mine is just do do something everyday. Doesn't need to be absolute torture. lol
