Kim Billy Blanks is awesome great workout!
Thursday nothing...went shopping took me 8 hours! Doing coupon shopping with that. And that takes time. But I saved over 100 in coupons! Which is great for Canada as we have soooo many rules for stacking coupons....which is way stupid!
Friday nothing was feeling sick I guess I over did it Thursday.
Today is a complete day of rest for me and tomorrow will be back at it!
DROPPINOS I won't be able to do turbo fire with you due to just getting over influanza it would be to much for my body just yet have to get back into working out slowly due to my sickness. Are you starting up on monday with TF?? Would love to read about your workouts!

Hi Leneisha, Nancy and DROPPINOS I am going to try to be back onhere daily hope my head can take it...if not I have to back off...hope I get those glasses soon.
Today was Piulates for men..yep I had to get that set as the music was the best I have evr seen for a pilates workout, the music is usually fall asleep boring type music but with this set it is way better and the exercise is awesome! Got sore just from doing pilates lol, I also did Brazil Butt Lift tight and lift...just the anke weights section today.

Day 6/90 complete - checking in with Les Mills Pump: Hard Core Abs and Gilad: Maximum Abs. Maximum Abs is all standing medicine ball work and you really feel it in the core - I just found that it was a little too long at 50 minutes. I think it could have been shortened a little and would have been a lot better but it is still a good workout.

TodayI was soooo tired I almost didn't do a workout but I went for a 10 minute walk and when I got back I felt like doing one so I did Body Ballet Core...its sorta like yoga but it did feel great on my abs.

Ouch...thats what happened to you I was wondering if you were okay because you always do a double. Have you got that foam roller yet? It helps a lot I was suppose to get sugar injected into my spine (it stiffens up your spine so you can't move it...sorta like a barbie doll) but I went for exercise inflammatory's and now my foam roller and my lower back feels way better most of the time and I only need to take the inflammatory's once a month when it used to be almost everyday. So much better.
Tigger is doing way better thanks for asking...her fur is not falling out in big clumps any more just the normal shedding...which is awesome as its not flying up my nose any more and she is not moewing all the time. Shes happy.

Day 14/90 of Body Revolution completed - rest day! Definitely going to rest so I can hit it hard again tomorrow with Week 3.
LaDelle - glad to hear both of your cats are doing much better. I only give mine canned but they do get treats (they are way too addicted to them and they are probably not good for them but they like them) and that's the only 'dry' food they get.
Love Knockout Body! I might have to add in some of those workouts next week - been awhile since I did them. Great workout!
Haven't tried Ultimate Boot Camp yet - will have to soon (maybe I'll add them in too lol). I envy how you are committed to cleaning...I still need to do a major cleaning and have been putting it off and off (hate cleaning!) but really have to get it done soon.

Thanks...yeah those doctors are sometimes not very educated in the nutrition field. I now have my cats on Acana dry food and Evo wet food they love the wet stuff just not so much the dry but both of them are doing much better.
Thanks me too as I really do like all her other workouts. That one sucked though on my lower back. And it is not so good for building muscle.
Just did an evening workout..Knockout Bodies (10 minute solutions) Fat Attack..now that was fun and sweaty!!

LaDelle - sorry to hear about the cats but can totally relate! A few years ago, one of my cats was having problems and the vet I used to take them too had retired (loved her). So I took them to a place nearby and they gave me one of those huge bags of Hills science diet and it made him sicker! He was throwing up a lot and drooling - the vet thought he has irritable bowel and acid reflux and that it could be managed through diet. I called the vet and then they tried to give me some other brand and it was duck which he hated and wouldn't eat. I did my own research and switched him to a grain-free and only canned food and he is so much better. I started with Wellness (only their grain-free canned food) and now they get EVO. The Hills stuff is full of garbage (at least the one I had was) - fillers and carbs which cats don't need. I think vets fall into the same problem as doctors - they don't always know enough about nutrition.
Sorry to hear you didn't like Peak 10 More Cardio Strength. I haven't tried that one yet (only tried the More Cardio Interval Burn one).
Mariah - don't be embarrassed - you're doing great! It's all about doing what you can do.

Today was Peak 10 More Cardio Strength hated that workout!! It was really hard on the lower back and for a circuit workout it was more cardio then strength couldn't give my muscles a hard enough push! Did work up a great sweat though! Not a keeper going to give it to my daughter and see if she likes it.

I am a little embarrassed to post this but here goes....Take in mind this is my first week of getting back into any exercise.
I did Osteoarthritis 101: Knee (Instructional DVD) at home; worked up a good sweat, then I went to the gym and did the recumbent bike for 30 mins....I feel really good, endurance has doubled and those endorphins have kicked it. This was my 3rd cardio workout for the week.

Took today off had to much running around to do today...found out I was feeding my cats a crap expensive food,,scenitific hills (did an internet search today should have done it sooner)...it was killing them so threw the cat food away and got them back onto Acana and Evo today...never listen to the vet again about cat food! They made my cat bald!! Almost lol. But they are doing better already...thank goodness!

Todays workout was Pump Sports Attack...those Pump Cardio's are becoming a favorite of mine!!
Thanks my granddaughter has whooping cough but she is now on meds and feeling way better..picnic lunch for sure next time! Yeah I didn't get mad at the nurses as they are only human and can mess up just like the rest of us just so glad they did apologize and put us in right away. Sorry to hear about the hassle at the hospital - hope your granddaughter is OK? Hospitals are tough - you always seem to be waiting so long. And don't worry about spilling - that's what we are here for! It's definitely frustrating having to wait and then have to deal with the mix-up with the chart on top of it and them thinking they had called when they hadn't. It's a tough job - I couldn't do it. Glad to hear that it got straightened out and they apologized and saw her right away after that. Good idea on packing food next time - there is definitely not a lot of healthier choices open late and not even at the hospitals...go figure.

Today I did Body Revolution Phase 3 and Pump Step soo love that pump step workout!!
TodaY I took my granddaughter to the hospital and we were there for over 5 hours...they had lost her chart would you believe? They told me that they had called us earlier and I said there was no way as either my daughter or I were always in the waiting room so they said sorry and put us in right away...we got home at 10:00 p.m and the kids and nither my daughter and I could eat supper until our drive home and then all we could find on our way home because all the healthy eating facilities were closed was chips ( soo healthy not!) pizza buns (still more junk food!) and natural smoked chicken(not to bad way better then the rest of the junk food we had) and I was eating soooo good today!! so glad to be home and get in some veges!! Next time I pack us some food so this will never ever happen again! Sorry guys for spilling it like this! Enjoy your workouts! I had a blast with mine today! At least that was awesome!

Day 9/90 done. Checking in with Jillian Michaels Body Revolution: Workout 2 and Jillian Michaels Kickbox Fast Fix: Workout 1 completed for today. Loved Jillian's Kickbox Fast Fix workout - seems a little eaiser than the Body Revolution one but great add on. I only did the first one (there are two other 20 minutes ones on the DVD so will try those on other days).
Leneisha - awesome! lol on Max Recovery not being easy.

Hey guys!
Checking in with Body Revolution # 3 and Max Recovery. Seriously, Max Recovery hurts!! OMG! This was not a recovery exercise...my legs and arms were shaking so much at the end. I mean there was no jumping and stuff but the stretching and resistance workouts were intense! I am going to be so sore tomorrow!!

Awesome workout Nancy! Thanks it is a very relaxing day almost feel like doing a workout but I know come tomorrow if I give my body the break I know it needs I will kick butt this next week
The reason why I like ChaLean Extreme yoga better is because it always get my core but good! Tee hee!

Day 8/90 of Body Revolution completed. Checking in with Body Revolution: Workout 2 and Gilad: Abs on Fire completed for today. Abs on Fire was OK - love Gilad and the Hawaiian scenery in the background. It was all kickboxing but only one combination performed on each side (about 15 minutes each side) that you learn in pieces so a lot of repetition. Perfect add on for Body Revolution though - good moderate workout.
Lenesiha - you are a rock star!
LaDelle - I like Chalene's yoga one from CLX too but I like the Pump one better - it's shorter. lol Great job with the power walking/jogging yesterday. Enjoy the day off today!

Thanks Nancy...I think my favorite yoga is Chalean's then its pump's yoga but both are really good and don't bore me lol.

Yesterday I went power walking/jogging (went grocery shopping from 11;00 a.m. until 5:30 p.m.and my daughter came as well and we use the time walking or jogging from end of of the mall to the other getting our stuff done and getting a workout in as well) . Todays my day off. Legs and feet are sore!

LaDelle - great workouts. Great workouts and glad you feel energized after them too. I've never tried any of the Ramp workouts but love Les Mills Pump Flow. My kind of yoga - not too long. lol I might need to add in after some of the Body Revolution workouts.

Todays workout was The Ramp Cardio Challenge and Pump flow. Loved that yoga workout not to long it was just right! And The ramp workout was really easy...something I really needed today...felt burnt out now I feel energized!

LaDelle - YAY on getting your set and trying the workout. The Body Revolution workouts are deceptive...they really get you especially if you push yourself. Loving the 30 minutes too - just perfect for getting back into a routine.
Awesome job with 30 Day Fast Start too - that one is a killer! OMG I was sore for 3 days after that workout. lol

Hi Leneshia great workout!! For sure you need that rest day!! good going on pushing and killing your legs!! Yeah Rock It Out is a great workout....umm not sure but I did it and man were my deltoids sooo sore for 2 days after the workout! Love the burn!
Today I did Body Revolution phase #1 and Personal Training with Jackie 30 Day Fast Start Upper Body...sooo sore!! I LOVED Body Revolution Phase 1 its awesome! The music is good as well but I needed an extra workout as I wanted to do more so I decided on Jackies Upper body body and started off with 10's then had to go down to 9's after the first set of exercises for the tricep and back exercises and then for the last set of exercises for the triceps and back had to drop down to 5lbs and man where my shoulders good and sore!! I got my biceps as well.

Hi Guys! Checking in with the last day of Insanity's Core Cardio & Balance...went through even though it killed my legs...and Brazil Butt Lift's Cardio Axe. Rest day tomorrow! I need it!!
LaDelle, I kept thinking how happy I am I chose 2lbs weights! Loved it! I don't know how you did it with 5lbs! Crazy!! lol Hope you are feeling better.

Today I did Jari Loves' Hardcore 1000 program one and Firm Express Overdrive Sculpt! Great workouts Jari has great exercises but I sometimes really dislike her music! The Express is always AWESOME!!
