I ran into a tough week. Friday through Sunday of Mother's Day weekend was full of visiting and relaxing, and then I felt terrible and did not do BIU again until Friday. After the week off, it was extremely hard but I did it Friday and yesterday. I am on my week 5. I am going to do this each day until the end of the month. I may need to miss two days in there because of special events.
I think it is best to be reasonable about this, but I know myself well enough to see when I am taking advantage. It is time to get back to Burning It Up!!!!

I started the summer challenge and am slowly getting up to 6 days a week of slim in 6. I did 2 sessions of BIU week before last and last week. This week my goal is Wed-Sat (so 4 sessions of BIU). Next week my goal is Mon-Fri (5 sessions). Wish me luck!
Does anyone know how to track these in fitness tracker?
I started slim in six this week alternating between start it upend ramp it up. I am getting married in about 10 weeks and although I have lost a significant amount of weight, I still have toning to do.
Hi everyone!! I did RIU again today, on Tuesday I will start BIU for my last 3 weeks of SI6! I can't believe I am almost half done, wow. I feel great after working out to these dvds but I am SO tired for the rest of the day (I get plenty of water and sleep).
Does anyone know if it is still effective if I split the workout in half. I would do half in the morning and the last half at night. Some days I just don't have the time to do it all at once.
Day 2 completed Start it Up, I am so sore ...yukes I woman over 50 needs to exercise evry day cause it is too hard to start over.. so what did I do you ask? I added Slim and Limber, 4 advils, ice/heat packs to help with the pain !

I am on my second week of bed rest due to a back injury. I resume workouts in April! I plan to use Jillian Michaels' Body Revolution and Bob Harper's workouts to get me to my goal weight. I will use Slim in 6 and other beachbody workouts as a filler.
