I guess I may be the only guy in here but I am going to try to do Slim in 6!! Starting tonight, Well I did the Slim and Limber and the Abs last night... So tonight I am goign to add the Hmmmm Whats it called Start it up? This is my plan, please tell me if you think I am nuts or not...
Saturdays: Sn6 Abs, Sn6 Limber, Bowflex Bi's, Tri's & Chest
Sundays: Sn6 Limber,4 Miles on Treadmill
Mondays: Sn6 Abs, Sn6 Limber, Bowflex Tri's, Bi's & Chest
Tuesday: Sn6 Abs, Sn6 Limber, Start it up
Wednesday: Sn6 Abs, SnLimber, Bowflex Tri's & Bi's & Chest
Thursday: Sn6 Abs, Sn6 Limber, Start it up
Friday: Sn6 Abs, Sn6 Limber, Start it up
I know its not the traditional method, but I wanted to build a little bit of bulk on my arms and chest. Just would like to hear your opinions....
