I just started Slim in 6 2 days ago. I am quite out of shape and found Start It Up challenging. I did Slim and Limber - love it - both days, and did Slim and 6pack yesterday (mostly just going through the motions). I'm planning on staying with Start It Up for the first week...

I did Ramp it Up last weekend. Wow. It lives up to it's name. Was running low on time a couple of days ago, so did Start it Up again. I'm doing this a little different and mixing it up with other workouts. I should be to Kick it Up by week 4, but like the idea of rotating them after I'm done with the first 6 weeks.

Hey all. I just started a new round today. I did SIU and it was a pretty good workout. It's been about 2 since I did SI6 and I can't believe how out of shape I let myself get. How is everyone else doing?

I started SI6 this Monday. I did this workout in 2004 so I know it works....Im so ready 2 defeat this program and lose some serious inches...Im motivated to lose this baby weight. I had a baby in August...I hope I get the results I did the 1st time I did this series...I also follow a low carb diet to shrink even more. Im gonna push play everyday EXCEPT on Sunday's..thats usually when i choose to rest....

I think I'm a week late! BUT I just started doing slim in 6 again. I started with SIU but i've done it before and it was pretty easy so I think tomorrow I'm going to move on to the next one for the rest of the days! Good luck everyone!!!
I guess I may be the only guy in here but I am going to try to do Slim in 6!! Starting tonight, Well I did the Slim and Limber and the Abs last night... So tonight I am goign to add the Hmmmm Whats it called Start it up? This is my plan, please tell me if you think I am nuts or not...
