This forum will be used to discuss the various running programs available to runners who are comfortable running a couple of miles.

If you discover a new program you would like to try, please start a new thread (after searching for it to make sure it doesn't already exist) and give us the details and links to the program information. That thread can be used for discussion and progress updates. If there is enough interest, week by week threads will be created for the program.

As new programs are added, I will update this post with links to each program and progress threads so they will always be easy to find.
