In our countries, "more is more" culture has had a tremendously negative impact on our health. "All you can eat" is not "all you SHOULD eat"! Unfortunately, ridiculous portions have now become the norm, and decent portions are considered puny or a " total rip-off,"Normal size plates have been replaced with buffet plates — and there’s a true correlation there with a healthy-size waist being replaced by a buffet-size waist!
The key to fighting this is simple — eat less.
Reconsider living by “more is more,” and return to the original “less is more The key is to keep it small and light:
We’ve all been raised on huge portions and eat everything that is on your plate syndrome. Therefore, we’ll have to pay close attention every time we sit down to eat until we can automatically train ourselves to know what a healthy serving size looks like especially when it comes to carbs; starchy carbs in particular. Then, once you get the concept of reasonable serving sizes under your belt, we’ll find that what’s under our belt is that Sexy body!
Always remember the 90/10 rule!
Rule – consume 90% of calories from a diversity set of
unrefined plant foods; fruits and vegetables and 10% of calories from animal
products; meat and dairy. The 90% Rule states that a diverse diet that is
packaged by nature alone will be the most nutrient rich.
Deviation from this rule in the has lead to an addiction to highly processed, preserved, and nutrient-poor foods.
THE EMPOWERED LIFE EXPECT IT . BELIEVE IT. RECEIVE IT.
The human will is the most incredible thing. It's keeps us going, when everyone else expects us to quit.
