My weight today 228lbs, good job I'm tall!! I think atm I'm going to just keep to this weight and not put on any more, then, when I'm comfy with that, and life is a little less busy, I'll aim to lose 2ob pw as everyone I talk to says that is both realistic and more likely to be kept off

That's brilliant Armleylass! At my weigh in today I've lost another pound - I'm averaging one pound a week, which is (apparently) a healthy way to loose weight. I guess I'm making progress, but it seems so slow.

I stayed the same weight at 167 this month, but i did loose 1/ an inch off my hips and the s ame off my thighs, so still making progress. It was the TOM last week so hopefully iwill see a loss when the bloat goes down
