The challenge for December is to do 15 minutes of exercise/movement. It can be walking, house cleaning, weights or simple exercises like wall push ups or leg lifts. It doesn't have to be a continuous 15 minutes it can be broken into three 5 minutes or however you need it.

Since this will probably be very busy for all of us this month I figure we'll keep it simple.
