I'm up for the challenge.
To change your body you must change your mind.
Focus on how far you've come, not how far you have to go.
The challenge for this month is just to drink your water each day. I have a hard time doing that when it gets colder out, and I am thinking it's like that for others. It can be water, tea, coffee, broth, etc. The main thing is to get your liquids in.
