I think for the end of the year challenge it should be to maintain what you are weigh now. With all of the holiday food, and happenings it's hard to loose weight, but if we can maintain that is an accomplishment. I will be doing a simple challenge for both November and December. Now if you are one of the lucky ones who actually looses weight then good for you!
