I have recently got a complimentary copy of this dvd for signing up with SC for a year. First time they sent it, it didnt arrive, here in Albania. They unhesitatingly agreed to resend it once more, and it arrived in 10 days. I am doing the combined body sculpt and 28 day bootcamp programme, but overslept this morning, so tried the walking section of cardio blast instead, as being shorter. I found it very encouraging. She kept stressing that we are free to go at our own pace, and reminded us about breathing, abs, etc. I wouldnt have bought it as I have other dvds, but having used it, I realise it would have been well worth paying for.

I am totally hooked on all the workouts on Cardio Blast! I don't know if I could pick a favorite. I had to start rotating in some other cardio exercises because for awhile I was doing nothing but this DVD, haha.

I am starting the final week of the 28-day bootcamp that I didn't make it through in January. I'm so glad I bought the DVD! I can feel the changes in this old body... only wish one of the leaders was an old lady... LOL!!! I seriously think it might be a little easier to push myself if I were following someone that I thought was dealing with some of the same issues I have! Regardless of how old and clumsy I feel, I'm glad that I bought all these DVD's and I use them regularly.

I just got the CardioBlast DVD a couple of days ago. I'm starting at 10 minutes, as I am so out of shape. For me it was a workout, but I enjoyed it tremendously. The best part is that I can do it at my own pace until I can finally work up to Coach Nicole's pace. Love it! Seniors can do it, too! YEAH!
