We spend more time with our own thoughts than in any other resource that we have. Many people have had some amazing thoughts about what we are thinking:
"What we achieve inwardly will change outer reality."--Plutarch "Change your thoughts and you change your world."--Norman Vincent Peale "Nothing is impossible, the word itself says 'I'm possible'!"--Audrey Hepburn "Try to be like the turtle - at ease in your own shell."--Bill Copeland "Cherish your visions and your dreams as they are the children of your soul, the blueprints of your ultimate achievements."--Napoleon Hill
These are a tiny few of the moving quotes I found about our own thoughts--those things that guide our actions and our commitments, our feelings and our gifts. Which of them move you and make you want to focus your thoughts on your own healthy living plans? Do you have any similar quotes that keep you going in your more difficult moments? If you were going to choose one of these to illustrate, which one would it be and what would the illustration be? Why did you choose that? Can you display this in your kitchen or in your exercise location to keep you on track? How might that help you?
