You all are amazing!
-- This past week I walked about 15 miles over 3 different days.

I hope to complete 50 more miles this month to hit 600 miles for the year.

Definitely NOT my best #, but with hip / knee issues, it is the best I can do for me. (Running is currently out of the question if I want long term locomotion. X-rays show a bulging disk in the lower spinal column.)

I think I am going to set my goal at 65 walking miles. This is higher than I have made the past two months by a tiny bit, but now that I probably won't be doing biking outdoors much, my longer exercise days will probably be treadmill walking. I will still be tracking my bicycling miles and hope to get a few.

What are your mileage goals for this month?
