This is a place to make a short term goal that you know you really need to work on for some immediate success. It can be anything from a fitness decision that you will take the stairs to the second floor rather than the elevator or that you will show up to use some exercise equipment after work or that you will take a ten minute walk at lunch to a food related decision that you will only eat the food you brought to work with you or that you won't walk in the hallway where the vending machines are or that you will get 2 servings of fresh veggies in today.
Anything that will help you--you know what that might be--is what you should share here. (You might help somebody else with a problem by sharing your solution!!) Another thing that you might do here is give someone a bit of encouragement with that item that they are working hard to accomplish "just for today!"
