okay today im 182. For nutrition, I want to use portion control. I want to drink more water. I want to try new recipes. For fitness, I want to take cross fit classes, do more core exercises and run a marathon, and yoga. For weight, by May 1rst I want to be 162 pounds but ill be happy at 172. By June 15 I want to be 165.
I have decided that we can make this group a little bit more active by creating a challenge. We're going to set goals for ourselves in three different categories: weight, nutrition, and fitness. For those that are interested...you can sign up here!!!
The challenge will officially start the 22nd. Please put your starting weight and your goals in the appropriate thread by then.
