Chris, thanks so much for that link!! In following her instructions, it occurred to me that I should be engaging my abs some even while sitting in my chair at the computer - I'm betting that doing it (I'm doing it as I speak) will not only help my posture but will strengthen me and by practicing it in my chair will help me do it BETTER while I'm exercising!!
I THOUGHT I knew what it meant before but after following her instructions I'm sure I WASN'T doing it right!! So thanks again!!
