My XBox Kinect (Kinect Sports 1 & 2 and Dance Central 2 & 3). Video games are really the only exercise that I get inside my house. The vast majority of my exercise happens outside or in LA Fitness.

A couple 15 pound dumbbells (not sure why I bought them, but I've had them for years now), lol.

My wife also borrowed P90X from one of our friends. I'll try it one day, I think if I tried it now, I'd hurt myself, lol...

a baby gate?? so we have a gate set up to keep the foster dog out of the kitchen/den (marked a few times) and I have been having to step over it many times a day. making myself do it left leg first, without holding on. not as easy as I thought it would be at first.


also have hand weights, stability ball. want to get some water dumbbells.



All the so called "secrets of success"will not work ... unless you do.

Wow, where to start. Treadmill, stationary cycle, ski machine, free weights from 5 to 25 pounds, weight machine, jump rope, bicycles, yoga mat, DVDs, running shoes, hiking boots, downhill and cross country skis, and a membership to the local gym. Incidentally exercise: weighted hula hoop, juggling balls, fire-spinning poi (still in the practice-with-no-flames phase of that!)

I don't USE them all just now, but I have them!

I own a recumbent exercise bike, which I use when the weather's bad. I also have some weights. I have lots of exercise and yoga videos too.

Could not do it without Wii Fit at this point. Also have a stationary bike but do not use it much. Also weights, a balance ball, and workout videos.

Yoga mat, dumb bells of varying weights, Swiss ball, skipping rope and bicycle. I haven't used the skipping rope or ball recently, and I need to get some running shoes.

Exercise bike I have owned for years and used it off and on; hubby uses it now; Various level free weights that get used occasionally - usually with an old Body by Jake video; 4 station weight machine hubby bought and uses - I tried it but it is built for men and doesn't fit me; lots of aerobics videos, mostly Richard Simmons, and I use those A LOT. Also I guess you could count the old VCR and DVD machines plus the monitor as exercise equipment, since the electronic programs would be useless without the equipment to play them on.

I have a more than this, but this is what I use:

20 lb weighted vest

iPod that has music and doubles as a pedometer is my favorite!

Round yoga mat I love and just invested in a BOSU ball and love it!

me too--I have a treadmill, which I use, several exercise bikes--use sometimes, incumbent bike--hardly ever use. A bowflex weight machine--don't use it much, 2 weight machines and all kinds of weights- use sometimes.Lots and lots of dvds, and vcr tapes--I use

Like Pam I have lots more than I use. Treadmill (use only if the weather is REALLY bad many days in a row - I much prefer the outdoors), wii fit, balance ball, bands, hand weights (those I do use), mini trampolene (use sometimes), step set, and too many DVDs to count. Funny thing about those DVDs though - they don't do a thing until you USE them!!

What I own and what I use are not the same. I have a treadmill, balance ball, resistance bands, hand weights.. There is a hula hoop which I still cannot get to work.. lol.. might send it back. I have a plastic bat and ball which I use when the local kids look bored enough to play a game with an old lady. Love my frisbee. (That is a GREAT thing to use for road trips.. stretch your legs.. throw a frisbee!)

I have a treadmill, a pedal machine which can be used as an elliptical also. I have a pilates seat that my daughter gave me. I have never tried it as of yet. I have 3 & 5 pound weights, and a pedometer. I have a total gym which right now is somewhere in the house that no one can get to. My exercise room is now a room for my two grand daughters, and my gazelle is with the total gym. I also bought a bike. I've owned it a week now. I liked riding it the one day we did. It has rained every day since then. I haven't driven a bike in 30 years, I was sore but enjoyed the trip! I also own DVDs. One Sparkpeople, alot of Leslie Sansone walking videos. I think that is it!
