I aim for 1000 minutes a month. (I just achieved that for April last night.) That may not seem like much compared to some, but I am working full time and have to balance my energy demands. But any less than that and my weight loss (about 1 pound a month) drops even lower.
3000....my most exciting goal achieving in May is finally old enough for medicare!

They only give trophies for up to 1,000 minutes of exercise, which is my goal every month. I missed it in January this year when my hubby had his heart attack and triple bypass, but I've managed to make up the minutes and am back on track for 12,000 minutes for the year.

Walking dogs is my main exercise and I enjoy that so much that I hardly give it notice when there is a trophy for the minutes. I is often a socializing time for me and the dogs. 3 or more of us walk up to 6 dogs at an awe inspiring location.
