I don't buy songs off of iTunes to reward myself, but I do buy pretty much all my workout music on iTunes. I'll listen to music for free on Pandora, but when I come across a song that I really like or one that really motivates me during my workout, I go buy it off of iTunes. I have a little bit of everything on my iPhone from Classic Rock, to Hip-Hop, to Jazz, to Soundtrack music, to Classical to... Well you get the idea, lol.

Yes, I downloaded some slower ones to start out on my bike and for cool downs. I bought some really fast songs from "Best Workout songs of 2012" that no matter how tired my legs are, I go fast to keep up with the beat of the music. Some of the fast ones are Katy Perry's "Firework", "I'm sexy and I know it" (This one's a killer, but I love it!) and Kelly Clarkson's (What doesn't kill you makes you) "Stronger". The hubs got me some gift cards for Christmas and one of them is an iTunes card, so I'm getting ready to pick out some more workout songs! Fun and a real calorie burner!
Great idea! I have yet to figure out how to do that without losing it on my MP3 player.
