I will be! I have to build more solid muscle mass to help burn off these fat masses.
I will be using the gym machines, home with hand weights, resistance bands, weighted medicine ball, and my own body weight along with, my favorite... the balance ball.
I practice standing on one foot when I am in the kitchen several times a day... I have always had a slightly "off balance" problem, but I am getting better as I am learning to rely more on the strength of my core muscles!
