I do a few things in terms of cardio:
During the week, I walk from Union Station to my job in the morning (1.5 miles) and from my job to Union Station in the evening (1.5 miles), so that's an easy 3 miles.
On most days during week, I also take a walk during my lunch break that can range from 2-3 miles or sometimes even more than that.
A few times during the week, I try to make it LA Fitness and get on the elliptical trainer for 65 minutes (60 minute workout, 5 minute cooldown).
At home, if I have the energy, I also like to get on my XBox Kinect and play Kinect Sports (boxing and track and field will definitely get you sweating) or Dance Central 2 & 3.
In the upcoming months, I would like to diversify my cardio and try swimming and spinning as well.
