I'll be going to the fitness center 3 times a week to use the machines there as well as swimming.

I will be walking outside when I can. When the weather is too bad, I will use the bicycle in the gym downstairs or walk around the walking track we have here as well.

Just ordered Just Dance 3 for Wii. Would have ordered Just Dance 4 but found out you cannot choose your music like you can in 3. Hoping to have some fun while working out!

As soon as medically possible and allowed, I will be back in the pool swimming laps and water aerobics. I also will be more consistent about making my way upstairs in the gym to the weight room so I can continue to build lean muscle mass and burning more calories. I also work out at home to some of Coach Nicole's workouts. And do some strength training with hand weights I use periodically through out the evening for 10 minute burst workouts. As soon as I am able to meet with a physical therapist to help me modify some of my exercised while I am going through this chemo and have restrictive movement of my back, I will have a better idea of what my workouts will look like.

I need to get back to my walking as well...can't expect to do Half Marathons this year if I don't get back to my walking again

Walking, walking, and more walking! I just got a new Polar heart rate monitor and am loving the information I get on my walks from that thing. My goal is a good long walk 5 days a week -actually, I secretly strive for 7 days a week, but will consider 5 days a week to be a successful walking week, at least for now.

What will you do to increase your cardio exercise to keep healthy for your body & heart?
I will be walking when I can, especially since my new job responsibilities really have me more stationary at work so I do what I can to add step and actually stand up most of the time I have to work in the cash office (burns more calories standing vs. sitting)
I invested for Christmas as a gift to ME a used Sole F80 treadmill so even when I get home late and its turning dark I can use that to de-stress and cardio.
I've got the elliptical all set up in the 1st room I enter when I come thru the door!
Plus for added fun lots of dvds, a Wii System, and XBox 360 Kinect. My son got me the Dance Central 2 game to work on my moves and do it workout mode!!!!
