Wow. I guess I should talk to a dr. I have my medical all messed up right now, so I will have to see when it gets straitened out. Don't worry too much...this has happened for years off and on...hmmm. Doesn't make it better I guess. I'll have to ask around some more if I can't see a dr. yet. Thanks for the responses!
That is new to me ......will be interested to hear response from medical fiield or a trainer may know also.

Help! When I exercise, sometimes I get these really annoying itchy/hurting places where I kinda jiggle around my behind, thighs and calves. It does get really bad if i walk in the winter cold so I wear two pairs of pants, but today it happened in 95 degree wheather...so is it a matter of jiggling? It does help to wear snugger fitting clothes. The alarming thing to me is that my core will feel funny too. My chest. I was told by a friend that it was a matter of bad circulation and how exercising causes the blood to circulate where it hasn't been in a while. Or maybe it comes to the surface of the skin more. I need to get it to stop so I can get a longer walk in. I was only out for 10 minutes today! Could it be a matter of not warming up properly? Help!
