45 minutes of water aerobics with water weights....then 12 minutes in the hot tub at LA Fitness.......strength training tomorrow morning...

horrid weather....high winds, dipping temps and a foot of snow....both gyms closed so did a 20 minute pilates dvd and 20 minutes of strength training using my joe d bands....hopefully back to a gym tomorrow for yoga....
