My favorite is the elliptical trainer and the weight training machines. At some point I'll hopefully branch out to the pool, the basketball court and free weights.

i also love einsteen and the way he got his ideas I love to travel on the spur of the moment and i love portland oregon, hawaii. I enjoy all forms of art and the galleries

At gym I use the cardio equipment weight machines & fitness classes with cardio & weight equipment the most

Not into the classes but I do spin once in a while..mostly on the treadmill and stairmaster for carido right now..weight machines for strength..occasionally use elliptical and when I'm too sore I go the recumbent bike route..I use free weights at home.

The elliptical trainer machine, for about 30 mins., then light dumbbells for 15 to 20 mins.

i use machines and weights for strength...bikes for cardio...and one of my gyms has a pool....i'll use that once in a while for water aerobics...
