Jan 1-7 got 2 days in @ curves 45 mins a session so 90 mins of exercise
Jan 8-14 got 5 days of exercise in 3-45 min sessions and 2-30 minute sessions for a total of 195 minutes of exercise
January 15-21 got 4 days of exercise in 3- 30 min sessions and 1-45 minute session for a total of 135 minutes of exercise
January 22-28
January 29- February 4
