MrsBush, go up to the search box and type in "beginner walking workout" - it should be the first result you get below the solid line. Unfortunately I don't know how to post links yet LOL There you'll be able to read the full workout.
Basically it is a program that starts with 15 minutes - 5 minutes warm up, 5 minutes of brisk walking, 5 minutes of cool down - for the first week. From there, you add a couple of minutes of brisk walking per week to your workout.
KhatLady, fortunately I have a treadmill here at home or all I would be doing is shoveling this time of year also!
