I got in 45 minutes at curves Monday, Wednesday Friday this week and a 30 minute workout @ curves on Tuesday this week. the only day I missed was Thursday!

I try to get in a 30 to 45 minute session at curves every monday, wednesday, and friday but last week was crazy and I only got in 2 days. Next weeks goal will be to work out Mon,Thurs, and Friday.

not really however am back walking and am doing at least 4 to 5 k's per day 5 days a week so guess thats a goal.....

I need to keep it and simple and manageable over the long haul so my goal is to walk 2 miles 4 days a week (5th day is a bonus) and do a 10 min Pilates video 2 times a week. In the past, I've gone like gangbusters out of the chute and then couldn't keep it up. So I'm trying to be realistic

I walk Mon-Fri with my Walking Buddies,for 45 min to an hour it depends on the route we take. I joined the Jan challenge and this month I signed up for Zumba too.

I set my goal to 10 min a day at least. A few times a week is 10 min of stretching, 10 min hand weights and 10 min cardio.

I have set a goal of two water aerobics classes each week, two 30 minute sessions on elliptical trainer, and two strength training sessions each week. I have hired a personal trainer for one of those strength training sessions each week to ensure that I am working my hardest.

I walk 5 or 6 days a week and do ST at least 3 times a week (more often if I can manage it.) Its how I keep weight off - I've just never found another way to do it.

I signed up for the Official Spark January Jump Start Challenge - so that's a minimum of 10 minutes cardio and a short strength exercise video every day. It's really good and Spark recommend a video every day, switching between core, lower and upper body, so it makes it really easy to do. Currently I'm doing around 30 minutes walking, one video and one longish stretching session every day, plus tracking my food. Fingers crossed, I'm managing to stick to it so far and it has encouraged me to be much more routined than I have been in the past.

I am not going to be 2.5 stones overweight any more. Period.

I quit doing the resolution bit several years ago (which means I didn't do it well!). I have managed to get in daily walks this week (thanks to my dog making me feel guilty if I don't take her!). We usually go a couple of miles when we walk and it takes us about 30-40 minutes, depending on how many times she has to stop and sniff!

Hi. I have just come back to SP after realizing that the continuing contact with them was more beneficial than thought. I am trying to set up goals appropriate to me. At this moment, 30 minutes of exercise/daily is my plan. Whether this be in 3x10 min. or 20+10, but the joice will be up to me. I will try and mix it up so as not to get bored.
