When I have flair ups of heel pain, it hinders me from walking. Our Slowest Loser member EMMABE1 helps lead the CHAIR EXERCISE TEAM. About six weeks ago I joined that team to give me an alternative way to exercise. One does not have to be in a wheel chair or chair bound to use and enjoy Chair Exercises, even Chair DANCING!
