Thanks for the ideas! I need to check out something new for weight training. I can do my DVD without ever really waking up. I even tried upping the weight! I just have been using it for about 2 years.... :)

Funny that this subject should come up at this time. Friday I went to the bowling alley to clean out my locker and turn my key in. I was giving bowling up since I have an irreparable rotator cuff with two permanently detached muscles. The proprietor said I could keep the locker for half price and had I considered trying the Friday, 1:30 PM senior league. I went home and talked to my wife and we and my daughter who is Down Syndrome went back to the bowling alley and joined the senior league as a 3 person team. They let us bowl with them that day and we will be bowling every Friday for the rest of the season. The 3 of us had a great time and will be getting some exercise as well as family time. This will be my change up exercise.
