Okay, I will set up a new post where we can track our progress in 4 weeks doing wall push ups. From there we will advance to say the close arm wall push up, take a team accountability and see if we feel ready to advance to a different version.
I love the suggestion about doing the wall push ups during work breaks- heck, I could do that on my 1/2 hour lunch too! Eventually we could work on the tricep area with another exercise.

Hi, I know during my 1st year of SP I was determined in one of my major goals to do 100 pushups regardless of which ever variety. I met that goal with a bunch of varieties and then let it pass. Now I find I struggle to reach that goal so I am resetting it for myself.
