I know during my 1st year of SP I was determined in one of my major goals to do 100 pushups regardless of which ever variety. I met that goal with a bunch of varieties and then let it pass.
Now I find I struggle to reach that goal so I am resetting it for myself.
I just read a great article under the FITNESS tab for Healthy Lifestyles you should read (and don't forget to get those SP points at the end
) if this is a goal you've set for yourself too.
