Receiving the emails is a good motivator for me, I use the ones I can and when the option is given to add to my daily workout I do. Spark offers so many ways to exercise,there is something available everyone.

It's a daily and weekly email you sigh up for in sparkpoints. Check where it says sign up for emails. I have problems with getting them at times cause for some reason one of them says my email isn't valid so I have to go in almost daily and reset it. If I don't I don't get the team messages or anything. :((

I get them but I am waiting for my doctor to okay me to do them....I read them all the time but I have not been able to use them yet....appointment is the 16th I'll see what she says and follow you all...

I get them, and have used some of the suggestions, particularly exercises that don't require any equipment. I like using them as examples to co-workers for different exercises they can do right at their desks (and my desk).

To be honest, I get the e-mail so I can get the point for reading it. I've never done the exercises just because f the e-mail. What works fr me is going to the gym; if I hadn't paid for the membership I wouldn't have nearly the motivation and accountability for the ST.

Hi, I was wondering who on the team has chosen the option in their email preferences to receive Exercise Tips of the day? I just recently signed back up to inspire me each day when reviewing my emails to give them a go and make that step forward in my approach to living healthier each day.
Who else uses the Exercise tips or does the Exercise Of the Day? If you want we could use this topic as a way to stay accountable and post each day we do a Highlighted Exercise recommended by SparkPeople.
