I used the treadmill last night to do my walk/run W3D3 of the C25K program and logged 21.5 minutes, burning 171 calories. With my outside walk at noon that is a total of 61.5 minutes of exercise yesterday. I am going to have to kick it up a notch to reach my goal for this week though...

I believe I will join this thread. I usually walk outside when the weather cooperates and run 3x a week on a treadmill (I can do more on a treadmill running than I can outside - go figure). I also try to walk on the treadmill for an 'extra' workout when I can (makes me feel better catching up on my tv shows. LOL!)

I walked out side today for 2.2 miles, but going home to continue my C25K program on the treadmill which takes about 20-25 minutes at my current level. Will come back and post when I have completed it with time, distance and calories burned.

I frequently use various ellipticals at our gym, as my go-to cross-training to compliment my half marathon and triathlon training schedules.

I'll drop by and throw in my minutes as I do them :)

Hi Team,
For some of us when the weather is crappy or we are crunched for time our "go to" cardio workout is to jump on a piece of gym equipment. For those who use a Gazelle, Step Master/Machine, Elliptical, or Treadmill this post is for YOU! emoticon emoticon

Just drop on by and post an emoticon with your time and distance (if you keep track of that, maybe even calories burned) to help stay accountable and maybe inspire someone else to move a little more.

I will be dropping in regularly since my "go to" equipment is my elliptical trainer. My son saw one of the Gazelles in a movie and wants me to "find" one to add to my home gym. Hey, whatever gets us moving despite the weather or time of day, its all GOOD.
