I believe I will join this thread. I usually walk outside when the weather cooperates and run 3x a week on a treadmill (I can do more on a treadmill running than I can outside - go figure). I also try to walk on the treadmill for an 'extra' workout when I can (makes me feel better catching up on my tv shows. LOL!)
I walked out side today for 2.2 miles, but going home to continue my C25K program on the treadmill which takes about 20-25 minutes at my current level. Will come back and post when I have completed it with time, distance and calories burned.
Be Patient, yet persistent. Don't expect results overnight. Take it one step at a time. Let nothing stop you! You will get where you want to go.
