I,ve worked out every day this week for 60 min or more &several days did 2--10 min stretch videos & Fri. did 60 min on gym machines for strength training

8/02: morning walk 61 min. 4.05 miles (woohoo for me)
walked dogs 18 min. for 1.18 miles
evening walk with my son having him do school bootcamp by walking with his loaded backpack- 46 minutes

so: 125 + 935= 1060 team cardio min.

Starting my newest fitness streak to keep me motivated and getting back on track with my walking.

61 min. of walking outside for 4.05 miles + 18 min. for walking the dogs 1.18 miles for morning exercise.

so mine so far is: 79 minutes

team total: 79 minutes

Hi Team,
I know there have been days when I don't even feel like moving due to the heat & humidity and have felt down on myself for the lack of motivation.

So, for those turtles out there join in the August challenge of even doing 10 min. of cardio broken up in a day to get those added heart benefits.

Lets see how far our numbers can climb on a daily basis and by adding them in together for a team total.
