Hi all For this One Day Challenge, either Sunday or Monday, let's do lunges on our way to the refrigerator. From wherever you are in the house, if you want something from the fridge, you have to do lunges there instead of walking there.
If lunges are too hard for you, you can do this by squatting down after every step, or even just bend over to touch your ankles or as far as you can without hurting yourself.
I'm going to do lunges for both days, Sunday and Monday.
