Hi Team, Well I woke up and started my day with a spark and got inspired by what I read today on the site. I am setting a team Encouragement Challenge until the end of this month. I just read a very interesting article that stated that just sharing a small encouraging exercise thought with someone made a world of difference- here is the link to the article: www.sparkpeople.com/resource/fitness_artic les.asp?id=638

So here is the challenge: visit a team members sparkpage and leave them either an encouraging comment about their progress or exercise program, or leave them a spark goodie that has to do with fitness and a quick encouraging words.
You never know who's day you will brighten and motivate to go those extra minutes or steps in their day.
