Just noticed this challenge. I do about half of my work-outs on a stationary bike; half on the treadmill, so I can enter my bike miles here:

My stationary bike riding goal is: 40 miles, or 2.5 hours

2/06: 87 minutes (32 miles, but I know spin bikes aren't that accurate)

I read while riding my bike. Now I've taken to riding my elliptical then switching to the bike, reading and then going back and forth until I get my 45 minutes in.

Hi Team,
After reviewing the latest stationary bike topic I think for those who use the bike for their cardio should have their own challenge and accountability area. So here it is.

For those who have a stationary bike here is your challenge on your post please put how many days you are committing yourself to riding.
I am going to set up some weekly trackers below, all you have to do is highlight, copy and paste it into your post to do your recording for that week.

In your post when you come back to the day you work out put in the time of your bike workout, and if its got a reading for how far you went put that in to.

If you want to go past that and it gives you a reading on calories burned or can somehow show speed or you can adjust resistance feel free to add it or track it.

This can be as simple as you want to track or more in depth its your personal preference. Hopefully it helps keep you motivated to workout and accountable. So get your pedaling legs on and go for a ride. This is your one week challenge!
