I used to be a dancer so I love anything dancey that doesn't feel like aerobics. I love Zumba but the class times stink. I just signed up for a trial of Jazzercise.

I LOVE LOVE LOVE Spin. I miss it so much! Been down-and-out because of neck/lower back issues.....thankfully, I own a spin bike so I can modify and not look like a "quitter" in the gym. Second favorite is walking! :)

The exercise bike, in the living room, in front of the tv, for at least 2 to 3 hrs. a day, not all at one time. Have done it for 7 years, every day that I am home. Husband uses it too. Don't feel right when we have to leave home and can't do it, in fact.

Plan for tomorrow, but enjoy the heck out of today.

Before my knee problems, I loved walking. Now I love my shapely secret DVD fot strength and toning and chair dancing for cardio.

emoticon for me, too, tho I use the term loosely - I run in the deep end and do water resistance exercises, interspersed with side stroke and back stroke. Can't do the crawl any more. But so long as you keep moving, it helps!

My go to cardio is the elliptical trainer, though when the weather cooperates I am an outdoor avid walker and yard person. Right now I am doing my best to incorporate yoga dvds, cardio dvds (zumba and Prevention ultimate walking workouts) in with my SP strength video workouts or generated workouts and my use of the Wii fit plus system. I will be starting up using the BowFlex in the garage soon.

I really like to walk. I've tried running, too, but I'm not sure it's for me. When it's cold outside or it's dark outside when I have time to exercise, I like to do aerobics videos.

When we have snow on the ground, my family enjoys cross country skiing.
