This was a great list! I saved this one as well & intend to incorporate sitting up straight, being grateful, taking a deep breath and twisting it out into my day. Thanks for the reminder!

What a great set of tips! I'm going make a point of taking time for the deep breathing exercises and also getting up from the computer and doing a few jumping jacks or wall pushups every hour.

Great - thanks for drawing our attention to this - am terribly behind with emails so hadn't got to it yet. My choices for the moment are - 13. Set a goal for the day and 20. Be absolutely present. I always need to practise being present and if I can do that it should help me stick to the goals that establish. Then I can go on to some of the others in the article which I have printed out to keep in a file of Spark tips to work on.
Thanks so much for sharing.

For some reason the emails aren't coming through my email. I usually go through something on my start page to get to them, but must have missed this one. Thanks for sharing it. I have saved it in my favorites and plan to print it too.

Good article. I am going to try some of these during those times when I am about to fall asleep on my keyboard. Some however will be hard to do as I work at home and I am either alone or have children in their bedrooms (supposedly asleep but who knows for sure).
great article - thanks for sharing that one with us. I love giving compliments to a stranger or even someone close to me. I also love to sit back and just be in the here and now for just a few minutes while I take some deep breaths.

I actually did 2-3 of the things on the list just while I was reading it. This is a keeper in my SparkFavorites to print out and post close by when I feel I am running low on energy and just cannot figure out how to squeeze in some "healthy time for me".
