What a great set of tips! I'm going make a point of taking time for the deep breathing exercises and also getting up from the computer and doing a few jumping jacks or wall pushups every hour.

Great - thanks for drawing our attention to this - am terribly behind with emails so hadn't got to it yet.
My choices for the moment are - 13. Set a goal for the day and 20. Be absolutely present. I always need to practise being present and if I can do that it should help me stick to the goals that establish. Then I can go on to some of the others in the article which I have printed out to keep in a file of Spark tips to work on.

Good article. I am going to try some of these during those times when I am about to fall asleep on my keyboard. Some however will be hard to do as I work at home and I am either alone or have children in their bedrooms (supposedly asleep but who knows for sure).
