Firstly, Thank you Carolyn for thinking my blog was good enough to refer to the team, and secondly, thank you all for the gracious comments. I was very amused by the 13yr old - please thank him for me!! Its true that it started off as a blog partly for my own sake and partly for a friend who has started panicing because she is not showing a weight loss on the scales!! The photos were for me to start with - as I have been losing so very slowly and getting frustrated by the lack of obvious signs of weight loss (looking for the fat off my stomach and butt)- but when I saw them I thought they would make a blog. I was totally overwhelmed by the number of people who read it and by their wonderful comments!! So Thank you all again. Ann
Now that was an inspirational blog! Thanks for sharing it with us.

That is amazing...I showed my 13 year old and he said WOW that is so cool...I found that amazing because he didn't say "wow she is big" or anything mean...he said "she is amazing!!!!" I am so happy for her...what an amazing woman!!!

Oh Wow! I could see a big difference in the first two pictures. I counted the months and was inspired by how different you looked in 5 months. Then I read on. You have a great story and a great energy. Thanks very, very much for sharing! I hope you have a great day and are blessed with the energy you are giving to others!! Barb
First please let everyone in your homes, offices, library where ever stand up and give EMMABE1 a standing ovation. The blog helped inspire me bright and early this morning and shows the definition of consistency and the results that can happen even on a small slower than you want scale. You can hear the confidence in her words and for many of us that alone is a big goal. For me too, its not just about looking good in spandex workout clothes (whatever) its about being healthy and fit to either keep at bay or eliminate healthy issues that can shorten one's life or quality of it. She's made such amazing leaps in those areas regardless of how slow the scale is moving. So, once again Slow & Steady Wins the Race! Thanks for the reminder its not all about a scale number but the other ways you see results that keep you moving forward.
