Have chilled today and caught up on 236 emails that i had waiting on me when I got back from holiday.....

was planning on doing an hour walk however it is pouring and I decided not to do it....if it clears romorrow I will walk for an hour and a half......

Will be spending time with my family for part of Saturday. On Sunday will be going to church and Sunday school. The rest of the time will be working, trying to make up for today since my 3 year old decided not to take a nap so did not get anything done.

Taking care of 3 of our 5 grandkids from Thursday-Saturday... then the other two on Sunday emoticon It's only Friday and I'm pooped already emoticon Oh, and we have the dog too hahahahah

Will be tossing all of them into the pool soon to wear them out... hey, turn about's fair play emoticon

We are soooooooo blessed to have them all living within 20 mins. of us... lots of family time emoticon

I will keep up the walking and doing my PT exercises..I will also be cleaning the house..we are having company over on Sunday and i will be cooking all day long emoticon I have to work on my calories this weekend more than any other!

Went for an early swim and then spent Saturday with family celebrating our youngest daughter 28th birthday and our grandsons 1st birthday.... went early to help set up and stayed late to clean up... another swim on Sunday to kick out the kinks in my poor old knees... wonderful family filled weekend emoticon

Yesterday was a 3-mile dog walk and my strength training routine at home. Today a friend and I hiked 2.6 miles around a local lake with the dogs. Sunday is my day off from exercise, but the hike sure felt like physical activity! It's not a flat trail... Even the dogs tipped over afterwards!

I worked outside yesterday, moving rocks, pulling weeds, etc. Today I am cleaning house. I have streaks going for my hula hoop, walking my dog and riding my recumbent bike so they are included in my everyday fitness activity.

Took advantage of cooler weather yesterday to get in a 2 mile walk in the AM before the rain came. Not sure what today holds yet - hopefully another walk in the PM.

Saturday I helped my DH build a fence. I was the go-pher,brought him the fence boards and kept him supplied in wood screws. Whew it wore me out,today I am walking indoors w/Leslie.

Taking down a dog run in my back yard to get the area ready for fruit trees

Have not done much this weekend. Went and got a few sale items at the store Saturday and then worked all day. Took a day off from church today, actually sat and read the newspaper (with a few interruptions). Will spend most of the day working.

I took a 6 mile bike ride with my son yesterday in the evening after a day of swimming. We rode 1.5miles to visit my parents to go swimming. Nordic track for me today after church. They want rain in my area, so for go the outdoors today!

I have a treadmill which was a clothes hanger..lol it has been cleaned off and I put together music on my Ipod to start slow and then rev up a bit and then back to slow..I did it for the first time yesterday and I just have a small bit of soreness..nothing that would stop me from doing it today..(30 minutes)

I also have arthritis and do exercises/stretching from PT

Yesterday, I walked for about three hours getting the shopping done. Bargain hunting can be great exercise - as can searching for one exotic item in a fairly rural small town! Don't know about today yet, will strength train some, but I have a wedding gift to work on!

Saturday I took a walk with my walking poles, I went pole trekking.
Today I will take another walk outside as well, but without poles.
