I use videos mostly because it's easier for me to exercise at home. I have 30 Day Shred and Last Chance Workout. I do SparkPeople videos and also if you go to www.exercisetv.tv, there's alot of free workouts there too. I am going to the library this week also to see what they have.

For me I go to the park when ever possible for a walk I wear my Pedometer use the elliptical machine & strength train @ gym when I cant make it to gym I use my tony Little gazelle Trying to arrange my schedule so I can take a zumba class

I'm sticking with my Wii right now. I have a new game called Walk It Out and can average a 2.5 mile walk a day on it getting in way over my step totals for the day and burning more than my daily share of calories....

if it ain't broke...don't fix it (yet)

I use my Wii Fit Plus and do 11 minutes of yoga and 21 minutes of step aerobics. When it's not so hot and humid I also walk up to 1.5 miles per day with my kids, but haven't in the past couple months because of the heat.

I swim and take aqua aerobics classes twice a week, work out on elliptical or bike or stairmaster all the other days. And I do lots of gardening and farm work for both cardio and strength benefits. I take two strength-training classes and do a third strength workout by myself each week. I also have a yoga classes and two or three workouts on my own plus Pilates once or twice a week. When the weather cools some I'll be hiking and biking and swimming more outside.

I walk at least 30 minutes everyday, then 6 days a week I ride my stationary bike, Zumba at least 1 day a week, and 3 days a week I add workouts from SP DVDs. Plus strength training exercises 3 days a week.

When I can go to the gym and walk on the treadmill. When time permits will do strength training while at the gym. Otherwise exericse consist of carrying my 35 pound 3 year old, house work, and tending to my two boys.

Hi everyone,

I walk, and I love my Mini Trampoline. I also have a step for step aerobics, and I like to set the trampoline and the step up in my sitting room, put on a selection of music and take turns on them depending on which songs randomly come up. :-)

Currently I am working through Mark Fenton's 52-week Walking Plan Book (only at week 2 of the warm-up month but you have to start somewhere) I also walk to get shopping and when I need to get into town, doing at least 14 miles a week most weeks.

On top of that I am working through the SP 28-day Bootcamp Workout Challenge as best I can. I can't do a lot of the moves but I am gradually swapping out exercises I can't for those I can and completing it that way. I wasn't really doing anything you could describe as 'strength training' so I needed this. It is interesting to do because it has shown me that there are more things I can do than I thought, though anything on the floor is a huge challenge (getting back up off the floor being the hardest challenge of the lot. LOL)

I do cardio 6 times a week and strength training 5 times a week. I love ot walk and use my elliptical trainer. I mix up my strength training workouts with body weight challenges, dumbbells, nad resistance bands.

OK - I am going to be honest - I haven't exercised in a while - but now that I am using spark I am going to use my Slim-n-6 DVD's and ride my bicycle.

Speedy-keep with it. I have horrible knees and I always tell myself "if this is all I can do...then I will keep doing that"...I have progressed from doing only pool work and pilates to being able to do some running and biking. But I know that as time goes on I will be able to do less and less...but I will always do what I can!

Right now I run 2 days a week, bike 2 or 3 days a week, swim one day a week, and do a few other workouts of circuit strength training, walking, or other exercise videos.

Oh, I'm so glad you asked..... housework and gardening have been all I can do. Both my knees are shot so I quit any routine exercising including walking years ago emoticon Thanks to SP this week I started doing aerobics in our pool. 10 mins. Monday, 20 mins. Tuesday and 30 minutes today emoticon

Now I feel like I've combined the nutrition with exercise and there's NO stopping me now emoticon + emoticon

I do a minimum of 30 minutes either walking or on the bike (recumbent). I do more if time permits which is usually most days. I also do strengthening 3 times a week using Spark exercises. Seems to be working for me.

i do mostly walking and crunches for exercise. but i did just get an ab circle pro and i absolutely LOVE that thing!

My favorite is riding my Harley, because it is
work,
and otherwise I like to walk and now and then when
I cant go outside I use my stationery bike.

I do aerobics on mon, wed, and fridays. On Tue and Thursdays I do Yoga (strength training) in the morning with abdomen exercises and in the afternoon on those yoga days I ride my bike for 30 - 60 min.

I'm finding I have more energy now ! : )

My main cardio is walking. Walking with Leslie Sansone dvd's, on my treadmill, or sometimes outside.
I also do strength training and am working on building a stronger core.

I walk for exercise, wearing a pedometer. Three days a week I do Pole Walking or Pole Trekking is another way of saying it. I use poles like ski poles and walk with them. It is supposed to be good for upper body strength and also balance.

What do you do for Exercise?
