OK, I've started.

Watching calories, doing at least some exercise over and above my daily normal "stuff".
Thanks. I have GOT to loose 16 lbs.


#1 Drink 8 glasses of water- Tues.
#2 Track calories eaten each day- Tues.-1250
#3 Do 15 minutes of exercise while watching TV - 15 min. walk with dog

I'm not sure what happened to last week's post, but here are this week's goals. Please join us in as many as you'd like. :)

Every day this week:
#1 Drink 8 glasses of water
#2 Track calories eaten each day
#3 Do 15 minutes of exercise while watching TV
#4 Read and perhaps share - an inspirational quote each day
