Thanks Freesia - that challenge 5 is so important, and it is mentioned fairly frequently all around SP. But we still seem to "want" to ignore it. Do so many of us feel so unworthy? Maybe we should start a new team - Learn To Myself!

I think MY #6 challenge will be to actively visualize positive things regarding myself, my life and how I'm affecting change in my life, as I seem to been focusing on the negative about myself, of late. That needs to stop and NOW! :-)
