I'm doing well with this week's challenge, particularly today. I just got my Spark Tracker, and I was so excited that I walked my dog 5 miles this morning rather than our usual 1. She liked that, too!

i am pretty good at eating a healthy breakfast . Also at drinking water , So I am going for trying a new produce this week and posting a comment on a team members blog and for number 6 I think I am going to do some strength training this week ! I never seem to get to that always just the cardio !
