I eat 95% of my meals in front of the computer or TV. I live alone and it's boring to sit at an otherwise empty table. Not changing this. And I watch TV more than an hour each day. It's not excessive, but again, living alone-----

I have been working on #2 for a couple of weeks now. There are some evenings where I sit alone at the table while my family watches TV instead. Oh well. I am doing this for myself and there are days when I don't really mind. Gives me a chance to relax and unwind in quiet.
This year is all about me and my quest to unload this extra person I have been hauling around.
