I've (so far) accomplished 8 glasses of water per day, 5 fruits/vegetables a day, and making a new recipe (alfredo sauce made with Laughing Cow cheese- I recommend!).

Will do #1 and #6 - track everything (and I mean everything) I eat.
Doing #1 & 4 well but am going to work on # 2 & 3 for this week!
Slow & steady makes a winner of us. Even if we hit pitfalls, get up. Know that a new day is right around the corner.
Try to be all that you can be. Work at it a day at a time.

Already doing #1 and #2. Will alternate #3 and #4.
These are great challenges for me. Especially the water. My extra goal will be to walk every day at lunch in addition to my workouts. My job is sedentary so I really need to make a habit of moving during the day.

one of my goals this month is to make my bed every day. I think that will be my extra goal this week.
All the so called "secrets of success"will not work ... unless you do.
I am in for # 1, # 3, & # 6, work on the stamped baby quilt that I am embroidering & start the new blocks that I bought on Friday.
Those are the goals I live by. I always drink lots of water, eat 7 or 8 fruits and veggies, walk the dogs for 50-90 minutes a day and goodies are my favorite way to communicate. I need to find a goal just for me.
