ok, all but not sure about the veggies one. I love veggies and the only thing new might be some different types of greens. The rest of the goals are totally attainable. My #6, hmmm, stay on program in preparation for vacation.

you got it. I will try for all six. #6 is to hike further up the mountain twice this week.

All the so called "secrets of success"will not work ... unless you do.

Yes on #1 #2....#3 not able......#4 do not know how, forgot
#5 did try "kiwi" LOVE it...........#6 finally this week the "knee &hip" specialist!
