1. Continue using the nutrition and fitness tracker as much as I can and when I am not able to access the internet, continue to track in my head for each day 2. Add a Wed yoga class and start Vinyassa Flow each Friday starting the 17th 3. Make sure I have at least 5 servings of fruits and vegies each day

I want to lose 4 lbs. in May, get all paperwork out of the way(almost done now), rake our huge yard, continue support group at clinic, and generally continue the good exercise, eating and mental space I am in right now.

Today I am eligable for medicare and can finally seek treatment for my knee and hip problems. I have been waiting a year patiently.

My goals: 1. Gain a Fitness Trophy... at least the 250 minute one. I have not had a trophy for a few months. 2. Lose at least three pounds. I weigh 257.5 pounds today. 3. Finish reading at least one book. 4. De-clutter my computer of some old files.
