Getting to the fitness center 4 days this week will be difficult. I rammed my knee into a desk at work, and it's so sore I can't even bend my knee fully. So I guess I'll do some upper body toning exercises at home.

I'd like to burn 500 calories a day exercising. I started this goal on Friday, April 5 so won't make it for the whole month but so far I'm off to a good start. I'd also like to stop forgetting to add strength training to my routine.

Stay on track...only 1 more pound to go so am shifting to maintenance which is the big step for me. Plan to continue with goal tracking + exercise and nutrition tracking through the month of April.

Ankle surgery has been postponed until the end of August, so this month is going to be dedicated to getting the pain in my back under control so my body can move more freely without the pain radiating out to all 4 of my extremities.

I will be shifting to the maintenance stage with 1 more pound to lose before I reach my ideal weight. My goals include:
1. Continuing with the daily nutrition and fitness tracker through April
2. Starting each day with a healthy breakfast
3. Taking stock of all I have to be thankful for each and every day
4. Staying tuned to where I put my emotional energy

My goals are to get more serious about exercising. I need to find a time that is best for me and to stick with it. Stop succumbing to temptation when holiday time comes around and I start eating my own pound cake that I know is not the healthiest choice, but tastes so good :)

I think overall I want to create more healthful eating habits, so that my 6 yr old can see the changes that I am making.

My goals are to lift weights, mon, tue, wed, thur, Mon, wed, fri. do the elliptical. I write down on the calendar what I am doing and how much, when I go to the gym. I feel much better and stronger when I do something five days a week.

I am transforming.

1. Spend 15 minutes a day at least 4 days a week organizing my home.
2. Do ST at least 2 days a week.
3. Eat 5+ freggies a day.
4. Put away my winter clothes and take out my spring/summer clothes.
5. Continue to do cardio 6 to 7 days a week (I love to walk so this one is pretty easy for me.)

Attempting to break my plateau which hasn't happened for a long time. We will be traveling so it may be a little difficult but I keep it as a goal.

April is going to be difficult in that we will be traveling for the first part of it and then setting up house when we get to Canada. I will be happy to maintain but I always have to walk the dogs so that takes care of exercise.

The major goal is to stop being so negative. I read blogs and articles about exercises, and immediately say "that's great for a lot of people, but with my back and leg problems, I can't do that". I need to get away from negative thinking.

I plan to Spring clean the house from top to bottom.
Go to the fitness center 3 days a week or walk for at least a hour on the days we have to miss.

I will be getting back to Ont. Canada after being in Fl. for the winter. I will be returning to the gym, I will continue my walking/running and I am going to start Dr. Ian Smiths, "The Shred",which is a very healthy eating guide. I will continue losing are my plans. 😀

Goals for April...
Get to the gym (in the pool everyday until I have ankle surgery) ...
.... one week post op (off my foot) doing PT (for shoulder) on the ball and with PTist.
After week one, go to gym and do upper body workouts at least 3 times a week.
Set up studio table for paper making and card printing.
Loose the pound I have gained in the last month. emoticon and hopefully another one or two.
Get to the farmers market as the spring veggies and fruits will be coming in.
FOLLOW Surgeons orders on my ankle so cast will come off by end of the month.

I would like to lose at least 2 pounds.
